Install Python and ADB
Use Python 3, Android platform-tools and Android 11+ phones with wireless debugging.
Configure a private server
Copy the example configuration, set a strong token and bind to localhost or a private VPN address.
Pair your phones
Run the console, open its local dashboard and use Onboard phone with the phone’s pairing code.

Console controls your devices. Keep it private; never expose it to the public internet. Optional ws-scrcpy also needs firewall protection.
